The R+P Academy organises the training courses together with CHEM TECH SCIENTIFIC CONSULTING. The courses combine technical fundamentals, safety assessment, life-cycle questions and hands-on expertise for industrial and government users.

The modules are shaped by Dr. Monir Moniruzzaman. He brings more than 23 years of experience in explosive ordnance engineering, among others from academic teaching, the defence industry and propellant development. His focus areas include nitrocellulose, gun propellants, explosives, stability, life assessment as well as health & safety.
